About Me

A series of heart-shattering life-events led me to this work. Knowing suffering has gifted me the ability to empathize and connect with others who also know suffering. I am a passionate and dedicated therapist, committed to working collaboratively with you to heal past hurts, increase resilience and instill hope. I am a strong advocate for bold self-expression and speaking freely about what hurts, and here, I encourage you to do just that. I offer my genuine and non-judgmental presence, with an intent to cultivate a sacred space where you can show up authentically and take initiative in your healing. As you reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you, I will apply my clinical knowledge and provide you with warmth and unconditional acceptance of your unique process.

I am naturally versatile, in my personal life and in the therapeutic setting. My ability to balance depth and lightheartedness is a strength of mine that allows me to genuinely connect with you. My energetic, authentic and passionate nature gifts me the ability to encourage your unapologetic self-expression, help you channel your creativity, provide inspiration and instill hope. My empathetic, intuitive and introspective nature, on the other hand, guides me to listen deeply, share wisdom when appropriate, offer new perspectives and be a resourceful guide to you.
