Payment is collected in full at the beginning of each session. Modes of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA, FSA.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not take insurance. We can provide a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit for reimbursement. We highly encourage you to speak directly to your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement options.
